Stifel Tenant Improvement

CSC worked with Frank Gammeri Architecture to provide a design-build delivery of this tenant improvement in Pocatello, Idaho. This project included complete interior redesign, new exterior finishes, new HVAC System and roof. This project was completed in 45 days.
