Modern Home is a 26,000 square foot, concrete tilt up building located in Ammon, Idaho. The building contains a steel joist and deck with structural steel components. Construction Solutions Company facilitated the site development, including entitlement and obtaining approval for a retail pad at the front of the site.
Construction Solutions Company also helped with design, construction, and commissioning. Architecture was provided by Booth Architecture and the project was completed in four months.
