D.L. Evans Bank – Rexburg

This ground-up retail building in Rexburg was the 8th project completed for DL Evans in Eastern Idaho by CSC. This project included value engineering to fit inside of the owner’s budget and was delivered 1.5 months early from the originally agreed upon schedule.

This project included site work, managing multiple materials in the structural part of the building and facilitation of owner’s equipment and furnishings.
