The ENT Specialists of Idaho project is a 12,170 sq. ft. ground-up medical facility designed to serve multiple ENT providers and their patients. The building features a variety of specialized spaces including exam rooms, audiology and allergy rooms, a head/neck CT scan room, procedure rooms, and patient-friendly amenities like a large waiting area, kids zone, and outdoor patio. From sitework to final finishes, we worked closely with the owners and Holt Architects throughout design and construction to deliver a highly functional, cost-effective space.
